Payment Policies
- Tuition is due by the 1st of each month and is billed monthly.
- A 7-day grace period is allowed. A $15 late fee is applied on the 8th.
- Tuition is based on a four-week month. Any five-week months help offset holidays and studio closures.
- Tuition is processed through our online auto-pay system.
- All families are required to have a credit card on file.
- Families wishing to pay by cash, check, or alternate card must do so by the 1st each month. Otherwise, the card on file will be charged.
Family Discounts
- 10% discount for the first student in families with 2+ students.
5% discount for each additional student.
Registration Fees
- New Students: $35 per student / $20 for each additional family member.
- Returning Students (within 3 months): $15 per person or $30 per family.
Makeup Classes
- All students are eligible for makeup classes for any missed classes.
- Makeup classes must be scheduled and attended within 2 months of the missed class.
- Please contact the office to arrange a makeup class.
Withdrawals & Class Changes
- To withdraw from a class or the studio, we require a 30-day written notice.
- All class changes or drops must be submitted through our office using a Drop Class Form.
- Tuition will continue to be charged until a drop form is received and processed.
